Low Cost & Charter Airfares
Low Cost and Charter Airfares are now available through tritonairfares.com. If you have registered for Triton Search these fares will automatically be available to you. If you have not yet registered for Triton Search but wish to see these additional fares please go to the home page. For Charter Airlines normal operator commission levels apply and for Low Cost carriers no commission is included. You can use the ‘account access’ button during the booking process to apply a booking fee in order to ensure you make a profit on Low Cost Airfares, this facility can also be used for all fares booked to add further mark ups.

Ticketing for Worldspan and Galileo
If you have Worldspan or Galileo systems we can ticket your Published and Consolidated Scheduled airfares for you. For Published Fares we charge just extremely competitive fees and we give you all the applicable airline commission. Please contact us for further information. customerservices@tritonairfares.com

Holding options online
Our website will allow you to hold options online on Consolidated Fares only. An option facility will only be offered as long as the ticketing requirements are met and travel is not with 7 days of reservation. The system will offer the option facility on the ‘passenger names’ page if applicable, at the bottom of the page


All fares commissionable by 10%
All our scheduled airfares are commissionable by 10%, online and through our call centre. This applies to Published and Consolidated Fares which provides a simpler booking procedure.

Nett Fares & Invoicing
By default all of our invoices and fares are gross at 10%, if for any reason you require nett invoicing please contact us.

E-Tickets
Once a booking has been e-ticketed there is no written documentation sent out. All the e-ticket details are stored in the airlines systems. However you can print a copy of the itinerary and e-ticket details by logging onto www.mytripandmore.com and entering the passenger lead name and our booking reference given to you at time of reservation.NB. E-tickets cannot be issued for infants. Therefore paper tickets will be issued and sent to you.

Passports/ Health and Visas
It is each travel agent's responsibility to ensure its passengers are fully aware of all health, passport, insurance and visa requirements for their itinerary.

Hand Luggage
The Department for Transport are introducing strict measures that will restrict the maximum cabin size bags permitted to take on board all aircraft effective 01 August 2006. With effect from 01 August 2006 the following policies will apply:-

­ Any passenger with cabin baggage exceeding 56 cm x 45 cm x 25 cm / 22 ins x 18 ins x 10 ins. (IATA recommendations) will not be allowed through the security search area.
­ Those effected passengers will have their boarding pass stamped “REJECTED” and advised to go back to check-in to process the baggage.
